2 Key Ingredients

Iron

Iron

Iron is an essential mineral involved in the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, which are necessary for transporting oxygen throughout the body. Your body uses iron to make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body, and myoglobin, a protein that provides oxygen to muscles. Iron contributes to the immune system and reduces fatigue.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C

Vitamin C contributes to immune system function, energy metabolism, functioning of the nervous system, and psychological processes. It also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress, reduces tiredness, regenerates vitamin E, and enhances the absorption of iron.
